Welcome to the survey on computational reproducibility. Your insights will aid us in understanding and consequently improve computational reproducibility across various fields.
Introduction and Purpose
This survey, under the Open Science to Increase Reproducibility In Science (OSIRIS) project, aims to understand the barriers and motivations related to computational reproducibility.
Survey Sections
The survey has four sections. The first two focus on demographics and general reproducibility. The last two examine data and code-sharing (publishing) in quantitative research. We consider quantitative research as the use of (normally digital) data with computational methods and tools.
Procedures and Participation
The survey takes about 15 minutes. It is voluntary, and you can quit at any time. Only answered questions will be used.
Confidentiality
Your responses will be recorded anonymously. No personal data such as email, name, address or any kind of digital tracking will be collected. The information obtained by this study will be used only for research purposes.
Survey Information
If you have any questions about this study, you can contact Dr. Mónika Varga at varga.monika@uni-mate.hu and Dr. Yuri Gelsleichter at gelsleichter.yuri.andrei@uni-mate.hu. More information is available at https://osiris4r.eu/. The survey protocol can be found at https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/6YSRH.
The survey will be online until the end of May 2024.
Your contribution helps improve science and wise application of research funds.
Thank you for your time and valuable insights!
